Why Rosa Bakes?
After graduating from Virginia Tech as a Nutritionist, I went vegan when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. That moment pushed me to rethink everything I put in my body — and inspired me to create better treats with better ingredients.
In 2017, Rosa Bakes was born. It wasn't until 2020 I that I decided to pursue my dreams of having my own baking business. What started with donuts turned into cakes, brownies, cookies, and more — all 100% vegan and made from scratch.
Now, I’m on a mission to share my favorite desserts with everyone in the DMV area and beyond!

At Rosa Bakes, we don’t cut corners — especially when it comes to what goes into our desserts. Every mix is crafted with premium, plant-based ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers who care as much about quality as we do.
You deserve to indulge without compromise — no artificial junk, no mystery fillers, just clean, wholesome ingredients that deliver amazing flavor. We still use plant-based food coloring, however, we eventually aim to use natural colored dyes.
